My stay in the Junior Suite was lovely, with excellent breakfast options. the check-in process was frustratingly slow.

I had a great stay as a group for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the location was close to shops. The staff was super helpful and attentive.

Check-in took way too long, around 20 minutes, which isn't ideal. Some rooms had issues like broken toilets, and discolored silicone in the bathrooms raised questions about cleaning standards. The pool temperature was extremely cold, and the selection of vegetarian food options at the restaurant was very limited. Plus, the noise levels from nearby establishments were bothersome, particularly at night, which could disrupt sleep.
